What is Financial Planning?
Financial planning is the process of taking a comprehensive look at your financial house and creating a specific financial roadmap to reach your individual goals. As a result, financial and estate planning should cover multiple areas of finance, including investing, taxes, retirement, insurance, one’s estate to avoid the probate system, the government, and unwanted relatives. Would you agree that the three greatest documents that have ever been written is our U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights and God’s Holy word, the bible?
If the information within these three documents is important enough to be written down for generation after generation to live by, and they have stood the test of time, do you not think having a person’s roadmap to financial independence also should be a written down? A solid financial plan, if followed and updated on an annual basis can prepare a person for living too long or dying too soon.
I just do not believe in the way most financial planning is being presented in America today because most financial advisors base their planning strategies on projections and assumptions that rarely come to fruition. I have been there myself, believing in traditional thinking and conventional wisdom, which is mostly thinking without logic.
The Following Eight Questions are Important for Your Financial Survival!
1. Do you know what rate of return you must earn on your current investments to sustain your current lifestyle after you retire?
2. Do you know how much you need to be saving right now to fund your retirement years?
3. Are your retirement accounts insured from market losses, fees, and commissions?
4. How long will you have to continue working after your ideal retirement date?
5. Have you factored inflation into your retirement calculations?
6. Are your assets protected from Probate and other outside predators?
7. Do you know how to become Tax-Free instead of the Perfect Tax Payor?
8. At your retirement, should your account value be less than you had anticipated, what hobbies or other lifestyle pleasures will you be required to surrender to ensure that you never run out of money during your lifetime?
If you cannot answer these questions, this book will help you. I have made it easy to read and hopefully easy to understand. Should you have questions, feel free to give me a call, and let’s have a conversation. Call me on my cell phone @ 870-391-9221.

Since exiting the role of an investment advisor, I now know how to help my clients create wealth and keep it from outside predators such as unnecessary taxes, market losses, fees, commissions, the agony of the Probate Courts, the wrong mortgage, and lost opportunity dollars that are shrinking your circle of wealth.
Most of the public accountants I have taught and worked with over the past 40 years certainly are professional and care deeply about their clients. For several years I was board certified by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) to provide education to them for continuing education credits.
However, I have discovered that having knowledge is required, but a lot of times I see knowledge without logic.
Due to our national debt being where it is today, do you think your personal taxes will be higher or lower in the future?
Let me ask you a question. If you were a farmer, would you be financially better off getting a discount on the seed you purchase in the spring of the year and then paying tax on your entire harvest in the fall, or would you be wiser to forget the discount and get your entire harvest tax-free?
If you answered “yes, taxes will be higher in the future.” Then why do you think most people are doing just the opposite by saving their money with 401ks, IRAs, or other retirement plans? The problem is that most people follow the crowd and are being led into Financial Bondage by the government, financial advisors, Wall Street, and the Federal Reserve Bank. (Traditional Thinking is Misguided Wisdom – Thinking Without Logic!).
I am a financial coach that guides families and business owners with their estate planning and retirement goals.
I used to be a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and was very successful for many years until the market crash of 2000-2002. My clients and my family lost money and I made the decision to never have my money or my client’s money exposed to market corrections or management fees. My client didn’t lose a penny during the 2008-2009 market crash.
The secret to creating wealth is saving monthly, having a reserve for liquidity and emergencies, and using someone else’s money while your money takes advantage of Privatized Family Banking’s financial strategy of Triple Compounding your money.
What is Privatized Family Banking?
Privatized Family Banking (PFB), aka Infinite Banking, was created by R. Nelson Nash decades ago and is based on the principle that you finance everything you buy. You will pay cash and give up the opportunity to earn interest, or you borrow money and pay out interest to someone else.
This runs against the conventional wisdom of most uniformed accountants, life insurance companies, nearly all the TV and radio gurus and probably everything your parents, friends, and neighbors believe. This is one of the best-kept secrets in the financial services industry. You need to understand that transfers and lifestyle consume every dollar not saved. Once a dollar is spent, it is gone forever! When you think about this concept, you realize that there are no exceptions to the rule.
